Vision Direction
To be the most trusted gateway for medical tourism and training across the Arab world.
A medical tourism and training consultancy built on a single belief — that every patient crossing borders for care deserves seamless coordination, JCI-accredited hospitals, and a partner who treats them like family.
We exist because crossing borders for medical care should feel less like a transaction, and more like being met by family at the airport.
Amanak was founded in Cairo in 2016 with a deceptively simple ambition: to build the most trusted gateway for medical tourism and professional training across the Arab world. We started by listening — to patients who had been lost in translation, to families navigating unfamiliar health systems, to hospitals seeking partners who understood both clinical excellence and cultural nuance.
Today, our network spans more than fifty JCI-accredited hospitals across Egypt and Jordan, fifteen countries of patient origin, and thousands of recovery stories. Yet the principle that started us has not changed: from first consultation to final follow-up, every decision is made as if the patient were our own.
We are not a referral agency. We are case managers, translators, cost-transparency advocates, cultural liaisons, and — when it matters most — a calm voice at the other end of the line at 3 a.m. from a hospital corridor half a world away.
A vision that points us forward, and a mission that walks every step with the patient — from the first hello to the final follow-up.
To be the most trusted gateway for medical tourism and training across the Arab world.
From first consultation to final recovery — seamless, dignified, evidence-based.
Six principles that shape every consultation, every hospital we partner with, and every conversation at 3 a.m. from a recovery room abroad.
Complete transparency and ethical standards in every interaction — from cost comparisons to second opinions. We refuse commissions that compromise patient care, and we publish what others won't.
Only JCI-accredited hospitals and internationally certified specialists meet our network standards. We audit outcomes annually and de-list underperformers — quietly, but firmly.
We treat every patient as family — with dignity and cultural sensitivity.
Continuous improvement benchmarked against global best practices.
Cost comparisons, medical opinions, and risks shared openly before commitment — never after. Every patient receives a written treatment plan and itemised estimate in their language.
Long-term relationships with hospitals, embassies, and insurance networks — built over years, not transactions. Our partners know us by name, not by ticket number.
Every patient moves through the same four-stage continuum — calibrated for their language, culture, condition, and budget. No step is skipped. No step is rushed.
Multilingual case review, medical opinion, written treatment plan within 48 hours.
Transparent cost comparison, visa support, travel & accommodation, dedicated case manager.
JCI-accredited hospital, on-site liaison, daily updates to family back home.
Dignified return home, remote follow-up with local physician, 12-month case archive.
From the Nile Delta to the Levant — each destination hand-picked for clinical depth, geopolitical stability, and a culture of hospitality that recognises the patient as guest.
Home base since 2016. A network of 35+ JCI-accredited hospitals, internationally trained specialists, and recovery retreats along the Red Sea coast — ideal for cardiac, orthopaedic, and oncology pathways.
The Levant's quiet powerhouse for medical tourism — 18+ JCI-accredited facilities, world-class IVF and cardiac care, and recovery spas at the lowest point on Earth along the Dead Sea.
Numbers we publish openly — because healthcare decisions should be made with data, not marketing.
"We did not build Amanak to be the biggest. We built it to be the one patients call when it matters most — and the one their family thanks, years later, in a different language."
A 30-minute call with a dedicated case manager. A written second opinion. A cost comparison. No commitment, no pressure — just clarity.
