Amanak ("we", "us") provides medical tourism coordination and professional training services, with offices in Cairo, Egypt and Amman, Jordan. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@amanak.org.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred destination, service type, and the description of your medical needs. Information about your health is sensitive data, and we only process it because you explicitly choose to share it with us and consent to its processing.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate the services you request. Your form submission is sent by email to our team inbox (info@amanak.org). We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except with the hospitals and providers involved in fulfilling your request, and only with your agreement.
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service, after which it is deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@amanak.org. You may also withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your language preference (English, Arabic, or French), kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
